Each player may hold exactly one active criczo account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Minimum deposit is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. criczo does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All bonuses awarded by criczo are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. criczo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, or any activity intended to defraud criczo or other players is strictly prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such behaviour will be suspended immediately and any associated winnings may be voided pending investigation.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use the criczo Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. criczo operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older and that gambling is not prohibited by any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
3.2 Registration Process. To create an account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. criczo is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.
3.3 Single Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account on the criczo Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, obtain additional bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. criczo reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances where this rule is violated.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). criczo may require you to complete identity verification at any point, including but not limited to prior to processing your first withdrawal, upon account review, or where required by internal risk assessment. Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or other form of official photo identification. Failure to satisfactorily complete verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
3.5 Geographic Restrictions. criczo primarily serves players located in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their location. criczo does not warrant that access to the Platform is legal or appropriate in all jurisdictions.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your criczo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. criczo will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify criczo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Provided you have not acted negligently or in breach of these Terms, criczo will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account. criczo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to comply with your security obligations.
4.3 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device and internet connection you use to access criczo are free from malware, keyloggers, or other harmful software. criczo recommends using a private, secured internet connection and advises against accessing your account from shared or public devices.
5.1 Approved Methods. criczo accepts deposits via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Minimum and maximum limits for other methods are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change.
5.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or the deposit of funds on behalf of any third party, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, criczo may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. criczo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, subject to verification and payment provider processing times.
5.4 Fees. criczo does not charge Players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which criczo accepts no responsibility.
5.5 Currency. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). USDT deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are outside criczo's control and criczo accepts no liability for any resulting differences in value.
5.6 Refusal of Transactions. criczo reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each offer. criczo reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or violation of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements for each promotion are displayed at the point of offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds.
6.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. 6.4 Bonus Abuse. criczo reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where there is evidence that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation, placing offsetting bets, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once.
6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. criczo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is ongoing, Players who have already opted in will be notified of material changes in advance.
7.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sportsbook market on the criczo Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or market page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the conflict relates to a matter exclusively within the scope of the game rules.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or game fault that results in an incorrect outcome or an erroneous credit to a Player's account, criczo reserves the right to void affected wagers and recover any erroneously credited funds. criczo will endeavour to resolve such issues promptly and will communicate with affected Players where appropriate.
7.3 Sportsbook Settlement. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the governing body of that sport (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket events). In cases of disputed results, criczo's settlement decision, made in good faith with reference to official sources, shall be final.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts applicable to each game and market are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. These limits are subject to change and may differ based on account status or promotional terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. 10.2 Service Availability. criczo does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond criczo's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. criczo will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.
10.3 Indirect Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, criczo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.4 Cap on Liability. Where criczo is found liable to you for any direct loss, such liability shall not exceed the total value of the balance held in your criczo account at the time the relevant loss occurred.
criczo is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders via the account dashboard. Self-exclusion options — including temporary cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion — are available at no charge and take effect immediately upon request.

12.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your criczo account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active wagering activity or pending investigation applies.
12.2 Closure by criczo. criczo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Players. In such cases, criczo will communicate the reasons for closure where it is legally permissible and operationally appropriate to do so.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately terminate. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the criczo Platform, criczo and the relevant Player agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the support channel at [email protected].
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution. criczo's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, settlement, and bonus eligibility, made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, shall be considered final unless procedural irregularity can be demonstrated.
